KIT Finance (LLC) conducts brokerage activities in the Russian stock and derivatives markets. The company owns 100% of AS KIT Finance Europe – an Estonia based investment company.

KIT Fortis Investment Management provides asset management services for Russian individuals, corporations, non-state pension funds and others.

KIT Finance Insurance (OJSC) is one of the largest insurance companies of North-West Region of Russia, provides the widest range of insurance services to corporate clients and private persons and innovative sales technologies. The main directions are Direct, Corporate and Banking Insurance and partners sales.

KIT Finance NPF is an pension fund, provides pension services to private persons.

KIT Finance Investment Bank (OJSC) is controlled by Russin Railways JSC RZD (45% of the shares) and TransFinCapital LLC (53.95% of the shares), an entity of NPF Blagosostoyaniye.

The holding company directly owns 100% of the investment banking, brokerage and pension businesses of KIT Finance, 80% of insurance business, and also controls over an interest in the asset management business.
